Bo - bobble stitch is created by working three partial double crochet stitches all in the same stitch without finishing the individual dc (last loop on hook). After making the 3rd partial dc, yarn over and pull through all loops to finish off the stitch.
Back post sl.st - back post slip stitch ( insert the hook from back to front to back around the post of the stitch, yarn over and pull up a loop

Sew the front panels to the back panel only at the shoulders
Sleeves:
Attach yarn in the ch-3-sp under the armpit
R1: ch 1, distribute evenly 46 sc across the whole armhole, sl.st into the first sc, turn R2-20: ch 2, dc in each st, sl.st, turn
R21: ch 2, 2 dc in next 2 sts, dc in each st till you have 2 sts left, 2 dc in each of the last 2 sts, sl.st into the first dc, turn

Neckline edging:
Attach yarn to the middle stitch at the back of the neckline with the pullover facing right side up. R1: ch 2, dc in each st across (note that the stitches of the front panels count as follows: sc = 1 st, dc = 2 sts), sl.st to the first dc
R2: back post sl.st, ch 3, bpdc in each st, sl.st into the 3rd ch Repeat R2 three more times
Cut yarn off, weave in the ends and enjoy your new pullover!
