How to crochet Easter eggs

Used yarn: cotton or acrylic
Crochet hook 3mm
Silicone fluff for filling



Let's start:
Make a magic ring with 6 sc in it. Then pull the thread and tighten the ring.
We will work in a spiral. For this purpose we will use a stitch marker, which we will place on each first stitch of the new round.

1st round: 2sc increase in every sc, total of 12 sc.

2nd round: 12 sc.

Round 3: (1sc, 2sc increase) - repeat until the end of the round, total of 18 sc.

4th round: 18sc.

5th round: (2sc, 2sc increase) - repeat until the end of the round total of 24 sc.

6th round: 24sc.

7th round: (3sc, 2sc increase) - repeat until the end of the round, total of  30 sc.

Rounds 8 - 15: 30sc.

Then we start shrinking.

16th round: (3sc, decrease) - repeat until the end of the round, total of 24sc.

Round 17: (2sc, decrease)  - repeat until the end of the round,  total of 18sc.

Round 18: (1sc, decrease) - repeat until the end of the round, total of 12sc.

Now fill the egg with silicone fluff or granules.

Round 19: decrease to 6sc and sew.

We are ready :) Experiment with different yarns and colors to achieve unique patterns.
