Skirt souffle
Materials:
1 cake Stenli Souffle (I used color 163)
(You can use Souffe Mono or Souffle with lurex,without changing the pattern)
Darning needle, scissors

Notes:
Ch 4 at the beginning of the row counts as a stitch.
Ch 1 at the beginning of the row doesn’t count as a stitch
Yarn amount estimates will change if you alter the pattern to be shorter/ longer.
The skirt is worked in rounds, the finished skirt fits sizes XS-M (width of the finished skirt - 82 cm; length- 80 cm), if you need it in a bigger size, make a bigger foundation chain - it should measure your waist measurements + 10 to 12 cm/ 4 to 5 inches (make sure the number of chains is multiple of 6 since there should be 6 increases in every increase row).

To make the tie, ch 250 (100 chains more than your foundation chain for the skirt), turn and sc in each ch, cut yarn off and weave in the ends. If you'd prefer the color of your tie to match the first color of the skirt I'd recommend making the tie before the actual skirt.
