 Main Body Part

 

Starting with a 5,5 mm hook 

 

Ch 90 (88+2)

Multiple of 8+2 (chain should be closest to your underbust measurements).

 

Switch to 4.5mm

R1: sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch (89 sc)

 

R2: ch 2, dc in same and in next st, *ch 1, sk 2, V-st in next st, ch 1, sk 2, dc in next 3 sts*, rep** till there are 7 sts left, ch 1, sk 2, V-st in next st, ch 1, sk 2, dc in last 2 sts, turn 

 

R3: ch 2, dc in same st, *ch 1, sk 3, (bobble st, picot, ch 1) x 3 in next V-st, sk 3, dc in next st* rep ** till the end of the row, turn

 

R4: ch 2, (dc, ch 1, dc) in same st, *ch 1, sk next ch-1-sp, bobble st and picot, dc in next ch-1-sp, dc in next picot, dc in next ch-1-sp, ch 1, sk next picot, bobble and ch-1-sp, V-st in next st*, rep ** till you have one “crown” left,

Repeat R3-R6 till you reach the desired length of the panel (measured from the bottom of the panel to the armpits).

Don't cut yarn off, you'll be continuing with the first front panel.

I did a total of 18 rows before splitting the panels.







 
 






 

First front panel:

 

R1: sl.st into first 10 sts (until you reach the middle dc), ch 2, dc in same st, *ch 1, sk 3, (bobble st, picot, ch 1) x 3 in next V-st, sk 3, dc in next st*, turn.

 

Note: those are the instructions for sizes XS-M; if you're making a larger size, repeat ** as many more times as needed. 

 

R2: ch 2, (dc, ch 1, dc) in same st, ch 1, sk next ch-1-sp, bobble st and picot, dc in next ch-1-sp, dc in next picot, dc in next ch-1-sp, ch 1, sk next picot, bobble and ch-1-sp, (dc, ch 1, dc) in last st, turn

R3: ch 2, (bobble, picot, ch1) x 2 in ch-1-sp, sk 3, dc in next st, ch 1, sk 3, (ch 1, bobble, picot) x 2 in last ch-1-sp, turn

Repeat R2-5, as many times as needed to reach the desired armhole length.

For the sample size I did a total of 8 rows.

Cut yarn off leaving a long tail for sewing.
